After more than fifteen years across private aviation, banking, and emerging technology, I came to believe one thing: every gathering is an act of hospitality, whether we treat it that way or not. Absolutely. Whether it's a wedding palette, a party theme, or a company's colors and messaging, we thoughtfully tailor each experience so it feels like a natural extension of the occasion.
We offer a curated collection of hospitality experiences, including the Mobile Charcuterie Bar, the Estate Table, The Art of Charcuterie guided experiences, and our signature boxes for gifting, celebrations, closings and client appreciation.
We'll begin with a conversation to understand your occasion, your guests, and how you want it to feel. From there, we'll recommend the experience that best fits and provide a customized proposal outlining the details.
The earlier, the better, particularly for weddings, seasonal dates, recurring partnerships, and larger gatherings. That said, we'll always do our best to accommodate requests whenever our schedule allows.
Our primary service area includes Tampa Bay and Central Florida. For weddings, recurring partnerships, and select destination occasions, travel may be available.
A deposit of 25% of your estimated total reserves your date and is applied in full toward your final invoice. Deposits are refundable up to 14 days before the date of service. Within 14 days of service, deposits become non-refundable because sourcing, staffing, and production are already underway, though we will always do our best to reschedule when our calendar allows.
